He helps the company with his financial knowledge and customer focused service skills to promote company profile in the industry.
Tom Zhang
Quality Assurance Manager
Tom Zhang started his career with the company in 2019. Tom had been involved in many residential house designs and site construction monitoring, these include 4 storey concrete apartment, large scale terrace houses, high-end residential dwelling and complex construction site. Tom focuses on building a strong relationship with clients and contractors by providing structural solutions to difficult situations.
Fei Ren
Team Leader
Fei Ren graduated from University of Auckland with a master degree in 2018 and has been working with the company since. He is adept in multiple domains of project development, such as structural design, structural modelling analysis, structural detailing and fire reporting. Fei is alway aims to deliver projects on time and cost efficiently.

Neal Wang, one of our team leader, holds a BE(Hons) degree from the University of Canterbury, exemplifying his exceptional qualifications. With a wealth of experience in residential development, Neal consistently delivers innovative solutions aligned with our company's goal of meeting clients' requirements. Since joining General Structures, Neal has successfully completed and delivered diverse projects of varying complexities, ensuring superior quality and efficiency throughout. His profound professionalism enables seamless collaboration with clients for future development endeavors.
Stella Zhao
Intermediate Engineer
Stella is an engineer with BE (Hons) (Civil) and Master's degree from the University of Auckland. She has been working in the industry since her graduation in 2018. Apart from structural designing and drafting for the projects, she always liaises with clients, architects and contractors with the aim to complete her projects smoothly.
Bryan Li
Intermediate Engineer
Bryan is our civil and structural engineer. He is strongly self-driven. His previous experience in all structural, civil and geotechnical engineering provides him advantages in having overall considerations of designs. He has completed his BE (Hons) in civil engineering in China (CSC) in 2017 and a Master of Engineering Studies (UoA) in 2019. After work, he enjoys hiking, fishing and working out.
Queenie Peng
Graduate Engineer
Queenie completed her Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree at the University of Auckland in 2020, after which she joined General Structures Ltd. Queenie has a broad understanding of different theories of structural engineering along and she holds highly developed problem solving skills as well as effective communication skills. Delivering high-quality projects in quick time and providing a fresh and new outlook on projects are her goals.

Georgina Mo graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in 2021. She has a solid background in structural behaviour and design. Her working goal is to bring safe, efficient and economic design to clients.

Zander is a young drafting member of the team. He joined the company's drafting department after graduating from Bech Engineering Technol at UNITEC. Zander contributes to the company by providing accurate project drawings in his work. He hopes to use his expertise to help the company become a more substantial structural consultancy in New Zealand.
